I am Todd Georgieff, and I use this as a platform to provide deeper insight into the work I’m doing and how the projects I am working on are connected.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of clinical operations, strategic innovation and digital technologies. I’ve built and managed global clinical operations teams in a broad range of disease areas (oncology, immunology and ophthalmology) and I’ve overseen the execution of a large portfolio (>200) of clinical trials.

I work on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving digital protocols, comprehensive genomic screening, data standards and interoperability at Roche and Genentech and with industry collaborations. I love working with people and welcome opportunities to connect.

I have nearly 30 years’ experience working for global enterprises and smaller companies in the regulated health sector.  I have led teams and projects spanning up to 5 headquarter sites and 40+ countries, including:

• large-scale organizational changes (merger integration, strategic sourcing)
• process improvements ranging from development or re-thinking global processes to including advanced analytics and metrics to guide project planning and oversight
• project portfolio governance including curation of project goals, signal detection and risk management
• operational oversight of global service provider partnerships executing a large volume of work
• team management, leadership development and building communities of practice
• support of large, complex drug development programs in a diverse range of disease areas

I have also taught graduate-level courses on services and health management in MBA and MD-MBA programs.
